Q1.How long does it last?
A : This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Normally the hair can last 2-3 years, treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for can last more than 5 years.

Q2.Why the colors of hair products don’t seems exactly as the pictures show ?
A : Different monitor have different display. And every time, maybe the same order No. will a little color different. Please ask a help from the hair dresser for the colors’ code as the international color swatch says.

Q3.Can I dye/color the hair?
A : Yes, it can be dyed and bleached easily.

We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the hair as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always may ruin the wig. Always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

Q4.Can I wash & blow-dry the hair products?
A : You can wash them as you would your own Shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will help keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer! You will find that you don`t need to wash your hair product too much, about every 3 weeks. The hair can be blow dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair product dry naturally after washing them.

Q7.What kind of product do you provide? 
A : Our main products are human hair wigs (Natural Color, #613, Two Tone, Three Tone), lace closure, lace frontal, lace wigs, machine made wigs etc.
Q8.Do you provide cuticle aligned hair?
A : Yes! Mary Pelucas was certificate by Hair Inspection centor. It is full cuticle aligned hair without any chemical. It is 100% original raw unprocessed virgin human hair.
