Expedited Shipping
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is about 3 – 7 business days.
Customs & Taxes
Orders shipped may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. Orders will be declared as “Synthetic Hair” or “Sample” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes. Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may have taxes or duties with a random inspection. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service. Please do not directly reject or return. Any charges incurred for rejection or return shall be by customers.

Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended for you Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won’t be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard or any place else.
Please contact us WITHIN ONE WEEK since the package shows delivered if you didn’t receive it, the shipping company does not accept investigation requests for packages delivered over one week.

Note:
- One day in a week won’t process orders— U.S Saturday . Shipping comanies all close on Sunday. Pls choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.
- Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number missing or unclear address. Longer than that, order will be cancled and money will be returned accordingly. So pls make sure that you leave correct shipping address and telephone number when place order. Free shipping means no shipping fee no matter the order price.
- The above logistics time is for reference only, the specific transportation time shall be subject to the logistics company.
- For certain remote areas, shipping companies may charge additional fees for deliveries to remote addresses, and we appreciate your understanding. We will promptly contact you via email.
- While we cannot guarantee that all shipping methods will not be subject to customs inspection, we will strive to choose the best option and use a low declared value. If customs inspection occurs, please contact us immediately. We will assist in declaring a low value to avoid high customs duties.
